The idea of starting a blog has been on my mind for a long time but there was nothing I felt I would be contributing that would be unique. A few months ago, I came across a video on the web that emphasized the idea of coming up with 10 ideas a day to become an ‘Idea Machine’. Apart from exercising your brain, the idea was that if you came up with 10 ideas a day – which if you ask anyone who does this, you get to about 6 ideas and you hit a block – you are able to consistently have better ideas over a period of time.
I tend to think of myself as someone who is a critical thinker and willing to experiment with such ideas. Logically, I decided to give it a try in the form of a daily idea journal and that lasted for a whopping 10 days! This time around I’m hoping to be able to write out 10 ideas and post them on this blog on a daily basis. I am pretty sure I will not be able to do it everyday but if I can churn out 4/5 of these posts a week, that will be incredible for me!
The ideas themselves may already be in existence or may not. The ideas won’t just be from a select branch of anything, it will include business ideas, corporate social responsibility, products, initiatives, solutions to current or future problems and will often just help me see the way I tend to think about things.
